Afra van't Land

Sessional Lecturer Design

Afra is a qualified architect at Studio Weave, where she works on a variety of projects, ranging from exhibition design to social housing. Prior to this, Afra worked at CRAB Studio, BDP and most recently at Haverstock, where her work and interests focused primarily on the design of educational buildings. Afra graduated from the Bartlett School of Architecture and the University of Cambridge, where her MPhil in Architecture & Environmental Design thesis was nominated for the RIBA Silver Medal and Dissertation.

She has participated in numerous design workshops in the UK and abroad, and is a visiting tutor on the Architectural Media Studies course at the Bartlett School of Architecture. She is also an associate of STORE, a collective of artists and architects based in London.
