Emma Flanagan

Sessional Lecturer Design



Emma joined pH+ architects in 2014 and runs one of the Studio design teams alongside overseeing marketing for the practice. She has worked on projects over a range of sectors and has extensive experience running residential schemes including the award-winning Pinnacle N10 in Muswell Hill. Emma is a member of both the RIBA Litmus and East London groups. She is passionate about contextually responsive designs with a strong consideration for process and effect of spaces on the user. Emma acquired over five years of experience in large-scale infrastructure and urban planning projects at Grimshaw Architects. At UCA Canterbury School of Architecture, Emma co-runs a design research studio on the Master of Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 2) programme.
