Jay Morton

Sessional Lecturer Design



Jay is an Associate Architect for Bell Phillips Architects and a housing campaigner for Generation Rent. Jay studied part 1 and 2 at the Bartlett school of Architecture and Part 3 at the London Metropolitan University. Throughout her professional career Jay has worked on a number of social housing schemes including housing for the 0ver 60’s in Portishead, design of the award- winning Greenwich bungalows and the building of new social housing for the London Borough of Newham. Jay also co runs a series of talks at the House of Commons for the Fabian society titled “Glass Ceiling Not Glass Slipper” set up to establish what is holding women back in the 21st century.
