Suzanne Bailey ARB

Sessional Lecturer Design

Suzanne was born in Manchester and studied at The University of Edinburgh, gaining both her degree and diploma there. She moved to London on completion of her diploma, and began working at Walters & Cohen in summer 2006, gaining her professional qualifications in 2011 at the UCL Bartlett School of Architecture. Now an associate at Walters & Cohen, Suzanne has gained significant experience in designing for the education sector, having previously worked in residential, change of use and urban re-design master-planning whilst working in offices in Manchester and Edinburgh.

The keen focus on educational design at Walters & Cohen has enabled Suzanne to work on award winning projects with key stakeholders across the spectrum, from primary school children to leading authorities on pedagogy and space - a dialogue in learning through articulation in architecture and interiors which she is delighted to be continuing through her role as a sessional design tutor at UCA.
